Stacey Hardin, Director of Medical & Performance, Bay FC
Currently serving as Director of Medical and Performance at Bay FC, and with over a decade of experience in elite sports, Stacey has been a leader in athlete health and performance. She was Major League Soccer’s first female Senior Director of Player Health and Performance, serving with Minnesota United FC in various roles, including head athletic trainer and performance consultant.
At Precision Sports Tech, Stacey plays a key role in advancing our mission to develop cutting-edge solutions that support athlete performance, recovery, and well-being. Her expertise and leadership is a tremendous asset to our team.

Sam O'Leary, Senior Athletic Trainer & Rehab Tech Co-ordinator, L.A. Chargers
Sam O'Leary brings extensive experience in athletic training and rehabilitation technology, currently serving as the Senior Associate Athletic Trainer and Rehab Technology Coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers.
With a background in athletic training from Washington State University and a master’s in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah, Sam has worked with multiple NFL teams, including the Chargers and Buffalo Bills. His expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization helps drive innovation in athlete health and recovery at Precision Sports Tech.

Ed Harper, Lecturer, Business Owner, and former Liverpool FC first team coach.
Ed was previously a lead sport scientist and PhD resesrcher working with the at Liverpool FC, where he focused on optimising player performance, training, and recovery.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in sports science and Master's degree in sport and exercise science; strength and conditioning from Sheffield Hallam University, and is currently studying for a PhD.
Before joining Liverpool, Ed spent time with the FA and at Welsh Premier League side The New Saints, along with supporting medallists at multiple Paralympics and numerous athletes across a wide range of sports.
